First, you’ll probably want to know how it all works: During the Autumn term the schools in the 2011 Project set the design of a Christmas Card, Calendar and Thank You card as an art project. Every child was involved and produced their own artwork which was then labeled with their name and class. Meanwhile all the parents and guardians received the marketing brochure and order forms for the products available from their children’s artwork. All these administrative materials are produced by us and personalized for your school at no extra charge - all you have to do is make sure they go home in the school bags! The order form has a cut off date, so when this is reached simply attach the order forms received to the labeled artwork and send it on to us. We pay the postage. We then scan all the artwork and print the products from the individual child’s artwork in full vibrant digital colour and with their name and class on the reverse, pack them in cellophane presentation envelopes, collate them for easy handling by yourselves and courier them to you in time for Christmas. And, how the school makes money: Simple. The school or PTFA collects the money with the orders received and keeps either £1.00 per order or £1.00 per pack depending on the date of registration for the project. The balance is remitted to us to cover the costs of production. How much you make for the school depends normally on the headcount and of course the willingness of the parents, friends and relatives to purchase products designed by their children. This is what two Ashford, Kent schools felt about the 2011 Project: “The cards are fantastic - Thank you very much, everyone is really pleased and a great profit for the PTFA. We will certainly be taking part next year!” Jessica Harman, Ashford St Mary’s Primary School “You made it so easy for us and the cards were superb quality too, everyone was very impressed. We made over £500.00 for the School, so a great fundraising opportunity as well – Thank you so much” Lisa Bishop, Ashford Friars Prep School. How much organization and work will the school and teachers have to do.? Just 3 simple steps……
That’s it. The finished products will be delivered to you for the last week of November/first week of December. Taking part in the 2012 Project couldn’t be easier and doesn’t involve your school or PTA in any upfront costs at all. The registration process is easy… just fill in the form at the top right of this page and click 'Register Now'. Alternatively call through your details to 01233 624462. You can register at any time during the year but for registrations received before 02/07/2012 we increase the share back to the school or PTA to £1.00 for every pack ordered as opposed to £1.00 for every order produced. This early registration date makes planning production a lot easier so we are happy to reward good organization! Our experience is that multi product orders are quite common and early registration could generate an extra 40% or more revenue. Will we be committed to the project after registering? Absolutely not. You can withdraw at no cost at any time up to the start of production. Registering gives us planning information and in particular when to close participation in the project. This year we will accept up to 100 schools/PTA’s into the project before closing the list. If you want to join the project but time runs short then just call us on 01233 624462 to check availability or to reserve your place. What happens if we get a complaint when the products are collected? It hasn’t happened yet but if you do then we will return the entire monies for that order at our cost within 48 hours and let you keep the school or PTA contribution. We’re confident that your children’s products will be of the highest quality. Here’s what just one parent had to say: We look forward to hearing from you, either with your registration for 2012, or with any questions you may have. With Best Regards,
Sonja Adams PS. Don’t forget to register early to maximize the revenue your school! |
